Ankle to Knee: Place the tape measure on the outside of your ankle and run it straight up the outside of your leg to the level of your knee cap.

Calf: Place the tape measure around the widest part of your calf so that it is not too tight and not too loose.

Thigh: Place the tape measure on your kneecap and measure 10 cm upwards. At this point, measure the circumference of your thigh. Make sure that the tape is not too tight and not too loose.
